At check out, the price will be 50% of the above listed price. This is the deposit to begin the process to create your custom artwork. Be sure you read the process and Terms & Agreements.
You are agreeing to the listed of size, medium, and price for custom artwork. The Customer will send a photo and description of requested design idea with 50% deposit. This will reserve a time slot to begin the design process. The Artist will then send a rough sketch of the artistic interpretation of your concept. You will then work with the Artist (up to 2 rounds) to make any changes needed before the final design is started.
Upon final approval, the Artist will begin your custom artwork. At this point, the artwork is set into motion; changes cannot be made and deposits will not be refunded.
The remaining balance, along with any shipping and handling costs, will be deposited within three (3) days after completion. Failure to remit timely payment opens the artwork for alterations and/or sale to any paying customer.
All copyrights, regardless of design or price, are retained by the Artist. All designs can be reproduced by the Artist and/or the Artist’s channels of distribution unless agreed upon beforehand.
Custom frames are not included in the price of commission paintings, but can be negotiated for an additional charge.
