At check out, the price will be 50% of the above listed price. This is the deposit to begin the process to create your custom artwork. Be sure you read the process and Terms & Agreements.

Custom Artwork

  • You are agreeing to the listed of size, medium, and price for custom artwork. The Customer will send a photo and description of requested design idea with 50% deposit. This will reserve a time slot to begin the design process. The Artist will then send a rough sketch of the artistic interpretation of your concept. You will then work with the Artist (up to 2 rounds) to make any changes needed before the final design is started.


    ​Upon final approval, the Artist will begin your custom artwork. At this point, the artwork is set into motion; changes cannot be made and deposits will not be refunded.


    ​The remaining balance, along with any shipping and handling costs, will be deposited within three (3) days after completion. Failure to remit timely payment opens the artwork for alterations and/or sale to any paying customer.​


    All copyrights, regardless of design or price, are retained by the Artist. All designs can be reproduced by the Artist and/or the Artist’s channels of distribution unless agreed upon beforehand.


    Custom frames are not included in the price of commission paintings, but can be negotiated for an additional charge.
